Family Ministry Camping Trip!

The Family Ministry Camping Trip is scheduled for 20-22 August.  We’ll be going to Cunningham Falls State Park.  We currently have 15 sites reserved, 5 of which are cabins.  Please contact Joed if you are interested in joining us.  He can be reached at joed@redlandbaptist.org. Prices and more detail will be posted shortly.

Upward Basketball Evaluations

The final set of Upward Basketball Evaluations will be December 18th at Redland Middle School from 6:00 – 9:00pm.  Remember that every player (K5-5th grade) is required to go through the evaluations to ensure that each team is properly balanced.  If you have not paid the registration fee you must also do so by this time.

Join Us For Our First Recreation Ministry Fair on September 27th

Are you a sports fanatic? Do you love to scrap book? Are you passionate about camping and the outdoors? Did you know that you can use these passions as a vehicle to get to know our community.  That’s what Recreation Ministry is all about.  Its about using recreation, whether its crafts or sports, as a way to share the ultimate love story with those that have never heard it or with those that wouldn’t normally give you an opportunity to do so.  So if you like to play and are passionate about Christ, come find out how you can share that passion while you play.  Its called play…with a purpose.  You’ll love it.

Family Ministry Camping Trip Reminder

Hi Redland Family,

I hope you are all as excited as we are as we get closer to our first Redland Family Ministry Camping trip.  Christy and I wanted to give you a quick update.  We are finalizing the agenda for the weekend now.  It’s going to be an exciting time with ample time to get to know each other better and relax in God’s beautiful creation.  As a friendly reminder if you have not yet paid for your campsite please do so soonest.   If you have already paid and did not do so with Christy or myself please send us a separate email so we can accurately keep track.

We will have the agenda and full details for you by the end of this week.  Please stay tuned….

Lastly, we still have a couple sites available for both nights and two more sites available for just Saturday night.  If you know anyone else that is interested please have them contact Christy (mchorton01@gmail.com) or myself (joed@redlandbaptist.org) soonest.

Family Ministry Camping Trip
